Sarah Drage is a BBC award-winning mental health advocate, recognised TEDx speaker, and social media strategist best known for her powerful storytelling around addiction, recovery, and generational trauma. With over 11,000 followers on Instagram, Sarah has cultivated a loyal community through honest, thought-provoking content that connects on a deeply human level.

She specialises in helping ethical and wellbeing-focused brands grow organically through strategic, story-led social media content. Her approach is rooted in authenticity, crafting content that educates, inspires, and builds trust without relying on trends or paid ads.
