John Stacey
Driven on to a self-development journey, by health troubles and eye-opening diagnoses over a decade ago, John Stacey is human, a father, a husband, a trained counsellor (who never counsels!), a public speaker, workshop facilitator, and a charity trustee.
Believing that we need to come together more as a community, and win together as a collective, John has worked with people to connect others and open minds to self-growth for the last decade.
Without opening up to mindsets, ideologies, and learnings. Without connecting with like-minded inspiring people. Without trying… John believes he wouldn’t be here today. Moreover, he’s not surviving, (most of the time!) he’s thriving!
During the last decade John has helped to drive change at parliamentary level for Fathers Mental Health work, founded an award-winning non-profit aimed at bringing peer support to his local community of Lincolnshire, and been a founder and trustee of a handful of different charities all driving change to support fellow humans.
Now, he’s a father of two amazing girls, a husband to an equally amazing wife, as a day-job is a Marketer for a company who truly believe in serving the community at the heart of all they do, and above all else, he’s still just an average bloke - an Everyman.
John's talks, workshops, and keynotes, focus on the reality of life. The connecting qualities we all have. Shining a light and holding a mirror up to the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly, of the human experience. Opening our minds to how beneficial it can be to be more aware, more accepting, and more knowledgeable, about.... you!
For a list of talks feel free to reach out, but common themes are:
"My personal rollercoaster journey to Growth"
"Imposter Syndrome - why it's not a bad thing at all!"
"The reality of Resilience"
"Why Anxiety is something you should learn to love and understand"
"Stress Awareness - huhhh, what is it good for?"
and bespoke talks to your group's specific needs (happy to do a free discovery call/meeting for this)
John is also a Breathwork Practitioner focussing on Emotional Release, but doing it from a realistic, human angle.
