Tom has always been entrepreneurial having had a series of small businesses in his early teens. After university Tom developed his marketing and management skills in the legal sector before starting consultancy work in 2018. Since then he’s developed a series of brands, agencies and supports clients with measurable business growth. Not only does Tom and his team arrange events but he also speaks on the circuit on growth for small businesses and micro-organisations.
