Beatrice Ronchetti

I’m Beatrice Ronchetti, the founder of Beatrice Ronchetti Ltd, a consultancy that focuses on personal branding and lead generation for B2B clients, with a particular emphasis on (but not limited to) the construction and property sectors. With over a decade of experience, I’m passionate about helping leadership teams, businesses, and entrepreneurs elevate their personal brands to boost visibility and achieve meaningful positioning.

My approach to personal branding, especially on LinkedIn, is all about making complex ideas simple and actionable. Through my 4C framework, I guide clients in leveraging LinkedIn effectively, with the goal of seeing real results quickly. I firmly believe that people buy from people, and in a world where we’re constantly flooded with content, finding and using our own, authentic human voice is more important than ever. When we tap into this, the results can be truly transformative—not just for business, but for building genuine connections.

Along the way, I’ve been honoured to receive recognitions, such as Best Marketing & Personal Branding Expert 2024 (MarTech Awards) and Most Innovative Property Marketing Expert 2024 (Greater London Enterprise Awards).

Speaking and training are important aspects of my work. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing my insights at various B2B corporate conferences, leadership events, and professional groups like the National Association of Women in Construction and Women in Architecture. I’m also looking forward to hosting a workshop at the upcoming London Build Expo 2024, Europe’s largest construction event. In addition to these engagements, I regularly appear on industry podcasts and have created the LinkedIn Accelerator for Property Pros, a signature program designed to help professionals with personal branding and lead generation.

I hold a degree in Architecture and a Marketing Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). What drives me is the desire to demystify personal branding and provide strategies that are straightforward and effective. I’m particularly focused on helping clients in the property and construction sectors, where I aim to make a real difference in their personal branding journey.
