Hélio Vogas
Hélio Vogas teaches leaders how to stay calm, think clearly, and make better decisions when pressure hits and consequences matter.
He didn't learn crisis leadership from business school. Growing up in a favela outside Rio de Janeiro taught him the difference between real danger and manageable risk. Training with special operations forces in the Czech Republic showed him how to perform when freezing means failure. Skydiving taught him that the best decisions are made before stress arrives.
Today, Hélio trains leaders at the UN International Atomic Energy Agency, UK's National Ambulance Services, Fortune 500 companies, and organizations navigating transformation. He's a 3x TEDx speaker and 2x Crisis Leadership Speaker of the Year.
His 5 Ps Framework: Predict, Prevent, Prepare, Perform & Protect, gives leaders a system that works when cortisol floods the brain, and everyone's looking to them for answers.
Known for interactive demonstrations that put audiences under controlled pressure (extinguishing fires with their bare hands, breaking arrows on their necks, etc), Hélio's presentations aren't motivational fluff. They're practical training for the moments that matter most.
