Kelly is Chief Executive at Social Change – an award-winning behavioural science agency founded in 2010.

Kelly and her team are leading experts in behavioural science research and marketing, blending psychology, data, and strategic creativity to drive behaviour change, consumer engagement and business growth.

With nearly 25 years’ experience, Kelly has worked with UK Governments, Charities and top brands to help them decode human decision-making and craft campaigns that resonate to change attitudes and drive behaviour change.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Kelly delivers engaging and insightful presentations on topics such as behavioral biases, neuromarketing, habit formation, and the science of persuasion. Her expertise lies in translating complex psychological principles into actionable marketing strategies that influence consumer behaviour and drive positive change.

Her company, Social Change has taken on some of society’s biggest issues over the last decade such as obesity, climate change, knife crime and child sexual exploitation. Most famously, the team worked with the Government on marketing and communications during the covid pandemic persuading people to wash their hands and take up the vaccine, using behavioural science to test different strategies.

Kelly has delivered talks worldwide, including a TedX talk in 2017, and she is also a regular speaker at national conferences and universities and a regular guest on BBC radio.
