An author, speaker, and visibility strategist on a mission to help 1 million diverse voices get paid on global stages by 2030.

I work with organisations, leaders, and entrepreneurs who want to step forward as visible, credible thought leaders in their industry, especially in a world where AI is changing how we build trust and authority.

I’m the author of the award-winning book Your Platform Power: How to Build a Profitable Speaker Brand in a Polarised World, and the creator of the CASH framework for LinkedIn success. My work focuses on permission-based leadership, the idea that leadership begins the moment you stop waiting for permission and start asking for what you want.

My approach combines strategy, storytelling, and visibility, helping leaders and professionals turn their expertise into influence, opportunity, and impact.

What does leadership look like in the AI era? At the IDC Future Tech Summit, I joined technology leaders to explore a powerful question: Is the CTO the future CEO? During the discussion, one insight became clear. In today’s AI-powered workplace, everyone is becoming an IT leader. AI tools now allow employees across the organisation to build solutions, automate processes, and experiment with new capabilities, often without waiting for traditional approval structures. That shift is transforming how organisations must think about leadership, governance, and skills. In this clip, I share why the future of AI adoption requires: • Leaders who understand technology and people • Organisations that break down silos between IT and the business • Clear AI governance to protect data and trust • Workforce education around responsible AI use Because when innovation moves faster than systems, Shadow AI appears. The organisations that succeed won’t just deploy AI tools. They’ll build cultures where technology, leadership, and business strategy evolve together.
