Nigel Scopes

Nigel Scopes is a former RAF fast-jet and surveillance aircraft pilot, instructor and examiner with more than 5,000 flying hours and over four decades' experience in aviation.

From flying the Tornado F3 on operations to commanding and instructing multi-person crews on the E-3D Sentry AWACS, Nigel has spent his career working in environments where time is short, the picture is unclear and the stakes are high.

Drawing on those experiences, he speaks about performing under pressure, leadership, teamwork, communication and decision-making.
